Our High Solid Silicone Roof Coatings are designed to restore, improve performance, and extend the life of your roof. This cost-effective solution can be quickly installed, provides a watertight surface, and helps reduce energy costs. 88% of UV rays reflected by a white silicone roof coating, compared with 17% reflected by traditional asphalt roof systems. Additionally, this type of coating is recommended for customers who have ponding water problems.

PolyBrite 70 is a 100% acrylic, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. In addition to keeping the surface cool, PolyBrite 70 extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures. This coating is the most economical of all our flat roof options.

This heavy gauge guttering is required on many flat roof buildings for drainage purposes. We offer a variety of different styles and colors to suit our customer's needs.
